显微手术治疗面肌痉挛25例

摘　　要：目的探讨显微血管减压手术治疗面肌痉挛的手术技巧以及手术效果。方法回顾性分析25例面肌痉挛患者的手术操作、疗效以及症。结果术中将微血管隔开、减压后,绝大部分症状术后得到缓解甚至消失。无面肌瘫痪、脑脊液漏等严重并发症发生。结论显微血管减压手术疗面肌痉挛的有效治疗方法。Objective To explore the microsurgical vascular decompression operation in the treatment of hemifacial spasm and the operation effect of operation skills. Methods Retrospective analysis of 25 cases of hemifacial spasm in patients with surgical operation, curative effect and complications. Results The microvascular decompression after separated, most symptoms, postoperative ease or even disappear. No facial paralysis, serious complications such as cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Conclusion Microvascular decompression operation is the effective method for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
