局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷防治切口脂肪液化临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷防治妇科术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法:选择110例接受妇科手术后切口出现脂肪液化的患者,观察组和对照组各55例,观察组进行局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷和或加微波治疗,对照组仅选择大黄、芒硝外敷和或微波治疗,比较两者治疗效果。结果:观察组:治愈46例,有效7例,甲级愈合共计53例(96.36%),无效2例(3.60%),切口裂开行Ⅱ期缝合;对照组:治愈35例,有效9例,甲级愈合共计44例(80.00%),无效11例(20.00%),切口裂开行Ⅱ期缝合。结论:局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷防治妇科术后脂肪液化疗效显著,可促进切口愈合,减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of local block therapy with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite on fat liquefaction of incisions.Methods： A total of 110 cases with fat liquefaction incision after gynecological operation were selected and randomly divided into two groups by half： observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were treated by local block therapy and external application of rhubarb and mirabilite and/or mircrowave therapy.Patients in control group accepted external application of rhubarb and mirabilite and/or mircrowave therapy.The efficacy was observed and compared.Results： There were 46 cases in cure,7 effective cases,53 cases with A level healing（96.36%）,2 ineffective cases（3.60%） in observation group.While there were 35 cases in cure,9 effective cases,44 cases with A level healing（80.00%）,11 ineffective cases（20.00%） in observation group.All disruptions of incision were treated by Ⅱ level suture.Conclusion： Local block therapy and external application of rhubarb and mirabilite show explicit effect in fat liquefaction of incisions.It can promote healing of incisions,alleviate pain,shorten length of stay and lower the cost.
