摘　　要：目的:调查邯郸市大学生痤疮患病率及其影响因素。方法:2010年9～11月对邯郸市3所大学在校大学生痤疮发病情况进行现况调查。结果:共调查1 582例,其中痤疮患者872例(55.12%),男性患病率59.71%,女性患病率50.00%,男、女患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:痤疮是邯郸市大学生中常见病、多发病,发病受多因素影响。Objective： To investigate the incidence and influence factors of acne in the college students of Handan.Methods： From September 2010 to November 2010,the incidence of acne among students in 3 universities of Handan were investigated.Results： A total of 1 582 people were included in this investigation,and 872 had acne（55.12%）.The prevalence of acne in male（59.71%） was higher than that in female（50.00%）.Differences in morbidity between the male and the female was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.Conclusions： Acne is a common and frequent disease among college students in Handan.The onset of acne was subjected to a number of risk factors.
