摘　　要：目的:分析批量检测ABO血型错检的原因,有利于医务人员及相关工作人员掌握情况,为ABO血型鉴定对策提供科学依据。方法:运用试管离心法对无偿献血者、参加健康体检的群众进行ABO血型鉴定,对可疑血液样本做盐水试管法的正反定型试验。结果:共检出错误血型75例,误判血型33例,试管标识错误15例,笔误16例等。结论:影响血型准确性的因素主要是人为因素。当发现血型鉴定出现可疑时,首先应重复做试验一次,严格执行操作规程,细心观察结果,按步骤排除错检的可能性。Objective： To analyze the causes for misdiagnosis in batch test of ABO blood type.Methods： ABO blood type was determined by tube centrifugation among blood donors and the residents for health examination.And the positive and negative stereotypes saline tube test was conducted in determining the doubt samples.Results： A total of 75 incorrect samples had been detected,including 33 samples with misjudgement,15 samples with incorrect label of the test tube,and 16 samples with writing error.Conclusions： The main cause is personal mistake influenced the correctness of the test.The test should be done once again when the doubt samples are found.And strict operation rules and careful observation are needed to minimize the possibility of misdiagnosis.
