摘　　要：近年来,职业生涯规划的理念逐渐在国内高校传播,西安市各大高校也开展了职业生涯规划教育,但普遍存在职业生涯规划理念的推广程度不够、职业生涯规划教育体系不完善、职业生涯规划活动缺乏普遍性、提供的职业生涯规划信息不够专业化等问题。对此,应从建立理念、建立体系和加强师资三个方面进行改善,增强高校职业生涯规划指导工作的实效性。In recent years, the concept of career planning has been prevalent in colleges and universities around China. Universities in Xi＇an also implemented the career planning education, but some problems are revealed at the same time. The promotion of the concept is not wide, the teaching system is far from perfect, the corresponding activities lack universality, and relative information is not professional, etc. In view of this, the career planning education in Xi＇an universities should focus on the formation of the concept, the build - up of the system and the improvement of the teachers, so as to develop the effectiveness of career planning.
