摘　　要：以色胺为原料,先与三光气反应合环得β-咔啉,收率56%,然后再与2-氨基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸反应得标题化合物,收率77.3%,目标化合物经1HNMR、13CNMR、ESI-HRMS的表征,结果与文献相符,完成了标题化合物的首次全合成。β-Carboline was synthesized by cyelizing tryptamine with triphosgene,yielding 56% ,and then reacted with 2-amino-4-methoxybenzoic acid to obtain the target compound-2 with the yield of 77.3%. The target compound-2 had been characterized by ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, ESI-HRMS. The results match those reported in the literature. In a word,2-methoxyrutaeearpine was synthesized at the first time.
