EPC模式在社会保障性住房建设中的应用研究

摘　　要：当前,保障性住房建设已成为国家住房政策的重点,社会各界正积极探寻其建设模式和实施策略。EPC模式具有减少工程项目建设的各个阶段之间的矛盾、缩短建设工期和节约投资等优点,将其应用到社会保障性住房建设中,可以有效促进社会保障性住房的建设。在阐述EPC模式的内涵和特征的基础上,提出了社会保障性住房建设项目EPC模式的结构设计思路,具有较高的适用性和可行性。Currently,the construction of indemnificatory housing has become the focus of national housing policy.The community is actively exploring the construction models and implementation strategies.The structure of EPC model can reduce project construction between the stages of contradiction,shorten the construction period and save the cost of construction.Its application to the social construction of indemnificatory housing,can effectively promote the construction of indemnificatory housing in the community.Based on expounding the connotation and features of EPC model,the paper proposes an applicable and feasible EPC mode structure design in the construction of social indemnificatory housing.
