摘 要:目的为降低极低出生体重儿贫血及医院感染发生率,了解促红细胞生成素对减少极低出生体重儿贫血及医院感染发生率的应用价值。方法选择2007年6月-2011年6月接受治疗的70例低出生体重儿,随机将其分为两组,Ⅰ组23例,给予铁元素及维生素E治疗,Ⅱ组47例,给予促红细胞生成素治疗;回顾两组患儿治疗期间药物不良反应情况,对照分析治疗后网织红细胞值、血红蛋白值、红细胞压积比及治疗期间感染发生率。结果两组患儿治疗1、3个月后网织红细胞值、红细胞压积比和血红蛋白值对照显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ组患儿,治疗期间感染率为21.7%,Ⅱ组患儿,治疗期间感染率为2.1%,两组患儿治疗期间感染发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患儿治疗期间均未出现严重药物不良反应。结论促红细胞生成素能有效减少极低出生体重儿贫血及医院感染发生率,且较为安全,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To reduce anemia and nosocomial infection rate of very-low-birth-weight-children,and understand the application value of erythropoietin to reduce anemia and incidence of nosocomial infection of very-low-birth-weight-children. METHODS Totally 70 cases of children with low birth weight diagnosed in our department of hospital between Jun 2007 and Jun 2011 were selected and randomly divide into two groups,23 cases in Ⅰ group were treated by Fe and vitamin E,and 47 cases in Ⅱ group were treated by erythropoietin.The adverse drug reaction during treatment was contrastively analyzed,and the nets woven red blood cells value,hemoglobin value,red blood cell deposited during treatment of infection rate after treatment were comparatively analyzed. RESULTS The differences of the nets woven red blood cells value,red blood cell deposited ratio and hemoglobin value after treatment 1,3 months were statistically significant,according to the situation that was controlled between two groups of children.Among Ⅰgroup children,the infection rate during treatment was 21.7%,and among Ⅱgroup children,the infection rate during treatment was was 2.1%,the difference of the infection rate was significant,according to the situation that was controlled between Ⅰgroup children and Ⅱgroup children.No children occurred severe adverse drug reactions during treatment. CONCLUSION Erythropoietin can effectively reduce the birth weight anemia and the incidence of nosocomial infection,and is safer and worthy of being promoted in clinic.
