摘  要:目的探讨内镜干燥法对内镜消毒效果的影响,提高临床内镜消毒的质量。方法将消毒后的9条胃镜随机分为3组:试验1组、试验2组和对照组,对照组用抽吸的方法干燥,试验1组用压缩空气吹干的方法干燥,试验2组用75%乙醇注流各孔道后,再用压缩空气吹干的方法干燥;对干燥好的内镜采样进行细菌培养,计数各组菌落数以评估3种干燥方法对消毒质量的影响。结果试验1组和2组细菌培养的菌落数分别是(4.33±10.55)CFU/件和(4.00±10.36)CFU/件,均明显少于对照组的(38.33±86.18)CFU/件,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而试验1组与2组比较差异无统计学意义,但试验1组省时省力简单易行。结论消化内镜消毒后加用压缩空气吹干,能够提高内镜消毒的质量,并操作简单,值得推荐使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of air drying Endoscope disinfection,to improve the quality of clinical endoscope disinfection. METHODS A total of 9 gastroscope were divided to 3 groups randomly after sterilized:experiment group 1,experiment group 2 and control group.The method of suction was used in control group,compressed air drying was used in experiment group 1,and compressed air drying was used after the every porous channel of gastroscope was affused by 75% alcohol in experiment group 2.All gastroscopes were sampled and took germiculture after dessication.The effect of the 3 methods on the effectiveness of endoscope disinfection was evaluated by counting the bacterial colony of every group. RESULTS The count of the bacterial colony of experiment group 1(4.33±10.55) and 2(4.00±10.36) was not so many as that of control group(38.33±86.18) obviously(P〈0.05),and there was no obvious difference in the bacterial colony count of experiment group 1 and 2(P〉0.05).But the method in experiment group 1 was much more easy to handle compare to that of experiment group 2. CONCLUSION The method of compressed air drying after the gastroscope disinfection can improve the quality of clinical endoscope disinfection consumedly,and it is so easy to handle.This method is worth to be promoted.
