加强过程管理有效预防与控制医院感染

摘　　要：目的加强医院感染过程管理,提高感染管理效率,降低医院感染的发生率。方法在全院各重点部门及病区建立感染管理沟通指导记录本,专职人员有计划每天主动去临床沟通指导。结果专职人员观念转变;全员敏感性增强,及时发现了两起疑似感染暴发事件和两起感染暴发事件;手卫生依从性由2009年的30.0%逐步提高至2010年的65.0%;医院感染率由3.9%降至3.1%。结论新方法调动了专职人员及监控员的工作积极性,做到监测与干预兼顾,使感染管理由过去的结果管理转向过程和环节管理。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the hospital infection process management,improve infection management efficiency and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. METHODS The institution each key departments and infection control ward established communication instruction book,required full-time personnel every initiative to clinical communication guidance. RESULTS Full-time personnel concept change;Full b-catalyst can,timely found two up suspected outbreak and 2 infections outbreak;Hand hygiene compliance by 30% of the 2009 and 2010 gradually improve by 65% of nosocomial infection 3.9% drop to 3.1%. CONCLUSION New methods aroused the full-time staff and monitoring work enthusiasm,do part of both,make monitoring and intervention by past results infection control process of steering and link management management.
