“乳痛软坚丸”治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病60例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病的疗效。方法采用"乳痛软坚丸"治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病60例,对照组60例服用"乳癖消"。1个月经周期为l个疗程,经期停药,连续治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.3%、71.7%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "乳痛软坚丸"对肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effect of rutongruanjian pills for hyperplasia of mammary glands of stagnation of liver-qi type. Methods 60 outpatients under the treatment of rutongruanjian pills,60 cases of control group were under the treatment of rupixiao capsule.A menstrual cycle as a treatment cycle,paused during the menstrual period,the whole treatment last for three consecutive course. Results The total effective rate of treat group was 98.3%,while the control group is 71.7%,there was significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclution Rutongruanjian pills was an effective medicine to treat hyperplasia of mammary glands of stagnation of liver-qi type.
