摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对减轻心肌梗死病人失眠的效果,促进心肌梗死病人的身心恢复。方法随机选择2010年1至12月入住的98例心肌梗死病人,对其实施舒适护理的措施,对病人入院后第1 d、入院后第10 d的失眠情况进行比较。结果病人入院后第10d的失眠状况较入院时显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理对改善心肌梗死病人的睡眠有很大的作用,应予重视和推广。Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing on reducing insomnia of myocardial infarction patients,in order to promote the body and mind to a normal state. Methods The 98 patients with myocardial infarction were randomly selected to be implemented comfort nursing from January to December in 2010.The insomnia levels of the first day and tenth day after hospitalization were compared. Results The tenth day＇s insomnia level was better than the first day＇s,there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comfort nursing is good to improve sleep quality of myocardial infarction patients and is worth to attention and popularizing.
