摘 要:以‘Snow Queen’×条叶百合(ST)、‘Snow Queen’×川百合(SC)和‘Snow Queen’×细叶百合(SX)杂交后代及其亲本组培苗为材料,从形态学和分子水平对杂交后代进行鉴定。18条多态性好的随机引物对3个杂交种的RAPD扩增结果显示:3个杂交后代均为真杂种;ST杂种带40.38%来自母本,44.23%来自父本,15.38%为杂种特异带;SC杂种带33.33%来自母本,43.75%来自父本,22.92%为杂种特异带;SX杂种带65.91%来自母本,15.91%来自父本,18.18%为杂种特异带。其中,杂交后代ST和SC的杂交苗形态学性状偏向于父本。The filial generations of three hybrids, 'Snow Queen' × Lilium callosum (ST), 'Snow Queen' × L. davidii (SC) and ' Snow Queen' × L. pumilum ( SX), were identified by morphological observation and RAPD ( random amplified polymorphic DNA) techniques. Eighteen random primers with high levels of polymorphism were used for RAPD amplification. Results indicate that the three hybrids are all genuine hybrids. The percentage of ST bands that come from the female parent is 40.38%, that from the male parent is 44.23%, and new bands absent in both parents are 15.38%. The percentage of SC bands that come from the female parent is 33.33%, that from the male parent is 43.75%, and new bands absent in both parents are 22.92%. The percentage of SX bands that come from the female parent is 65.91%, that from the male parent is 15.91%, and new bands absent in both parents are 18.18%. The morphological traits of ST and SC are more similar to their male parents than to their female parents.
