摘  要:为了探索利用遗传距离进行聚类分析的方法在花卉杂交亲本选配中的应用,本试验以41个菊花品种为材料,选择与切花菊品质密切相关的8个数量性状作为测试指标进行测量,在主成分分析基础上,计算品种间的遗传距离,并以离差平方和法进行聚类分析。聚类分析的结果将41个品种按遗传距离为15的标准划分为4个群组;从聚类分析的结果看,同群组的品种表型相似。杂交试验的结果证明,遗传距离较大的群组间杂交产生的子代中出现超低亲个体的比例较低,多数个体的性状介于双亲之间;遗传距离较小的群组内杂交后可产生一定比例的超高亲个体,超低亲个体所占的比例较大。Forty-one chrysanthemum ( Chrysanthermum × morifolium Ramat. ) cuhivars were used to study parent selection of cross breeding by clustering analysis in terms of genetic distance. Eight quantitative characters closely related to the quality of cutting chrysanthemum were used as test indexes. All the genetic distances between the cultivars were estimated based on the principal components analysis, and 41 chrysanthemum cuhivars were classified according to square sum of deviations. Forty-one chrysanthemum cultivars were clustered into four major groups by genetic distance of 15. Results of the cross experiment showed that hybrid progeny of the lower-parent individuals whose parents' genetic distance was greater, had a lower proportion, and the traits of most individuals were between their parents' ; hybrid progeny of the higher-parent individuals whose parents' genetic distance was lower, occupied a certain proportion, but the higher-parent individuals had a higher proportion.
