漂移除草剂广灭灵和2,4-D高效降解菌株的筛选

摘　　要：从遭受不同程度广灭灵和2,4-D漂移危害的土壤中,筛选出对二者具有抗性的菌株。选用萌发后玉米主根和黄瓜芽长均为1 mm的种子,使之分别在广灭灵和2,4-D溶液中继续萌发,在第3天测得玉米主根的长度与广灭灵溶液的剂量呈线性相关,第4天测得黄瓜芽的长度与2,4-D溶液的剂量呈线性相关,并分别以这些数据作标准曲线。同时,向一定质量浓度的广灭灵和2,4-D溶液中分别添加抗性菌株,根据测量的玉米主根及黄瓜芽的长度,对照标准曲线函数,比较分析抗性菌株对广灭灵和2,4-D溶液的降解能力。筛选出的降解广灭灵能力较强的菌株为G(4),降解率为79.01%;降解2,4-D能力较强的菌株为D(5)和D(3),降解率分别为91.22%和81.56%。用氨基酸微肥和微量元素微肥将它们分别制成活菌制剂,可相对缓解因广灭灵和2,4-D漂移而引起的相间作物的药害症状。Bacterial strains resistant to clomazone and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy （2,4-D） were screened from the soil suffering di- verse concentrations of clomazone hnd 2,4-D. The corn seeds whose taproots were 1. 0 mm after germinating and the cucumber seeds whose： buds were 1.0 mm after germinating were selected to continue germination in elomazone and 2,4-D. Then, on the third day, the length of the taproots showed a linear correlation with the volmne of clomazone solutions. And on the fourth day, the length of the buds showed a linear correlation with the volume of 2,4-D solutions. Two standard curves were drawn according to the data. Meanwhile, add resistant strains to clomazone and 2,4-D. The decomposition ability of the strains to clomazone and 2,4-D was compared and analyzed by measuring the length of the taproots and buds corresponding to the two standard curves. According to the measured data, the bacterial strain G（4） having a strong ability to degrade clomazone was screened, and the degradation rate was 79.01%. The bacterial strain D（5） and D（3） having strong abilities to degrade 2,4-D were screened, and the degradation rates were 91.22% and 81.56% respectively. These strains were made into preparation of active strains by adding amino acid fertilizer and trace element fertilizer, which can relieve pbytotoxicity symptoms of alternative crops from drifting hazard of clomazone and 2,4-D.
