丹参注射液不良反应因素探析

摘　　要：目的探析丹参注射液不良反应的类型特点、发生因素及规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用《中国医药知识仓库》（CHKD）进行检索并查阅有关文献报道,对近年来国内公开发行的医药学期刊中丹参注射液所致不良反应进行整理统计、分析。结果丹参注射液不良反应主要为过敏反应,其不良反应多发于用药30min以内,以50~59岁年龄段患者居多。结论为尽量避免其不良反应发生,应加强丹参注射液临床合理应用的监护,以全面提高合理用药水平。Objective To explore the factors and laws of the adverse drug reactions of salvia miltiorrhizae injection and provide a reference for clinical medication.Method By searching chinese medicine knowledge warehouse（CHKD） and referring to related literature,this paper makes a statistical analysis of adverse drug reactions of salvia miltiorrhizae injection mentioned in the domestic medical periodicals issued in recent years.Results The adverse drug reactions of salvia miltiorrhizae injection are mainly allergic reactions,most of the adverse drug reactions occurred 30 minutes after administration,the patients from 50 to 59 are primary.Conclusion To minimize the adverse drug reactions,he rational clinical application of salvia miltiorrhizae injection should be monitored diligently to improve the level of rational drug use.
