欣母沛在产后宫缩乏力性出血的临床应用68例

摘　　要：目的观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的临床疗效。方法江门市新会区人民医院从2008年1月至2010年12月因宫缩乏力所致产后出血124例,其中68例患者在采用缩宫素、米索前列醇常规治疗无效后,加用欣母沛宫体注射或臀部深层肌内注射,15min后视效果可重复使用。结果 65(65/68)例患者有明显效果,有效率95.59%,1例无效,后并发DIC,改行次全子宫切除术。结论欣母沛治疗确诊的宫缩乏力性产后出血效果显著,并且具有方便、安全、快速的特点。Objective To investigate the clinical the effect of hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods From January 2008 to December 2010 in the People＇s Hospital of Xinhui,there were 124 cases of atonic postpartum hemorrhage,of which 68 patients,after failing to respond to conventional medical treatment with oxytocin,Misprostol,250μg Hemabate was injected intrauterinely or buttock deep intramuscular injection,and it could be reused after 15 minutes according to the eff icacy.Results There were obvious eff icacy in 65cases,the effective rate was 95.59%.One patient failed,of which was complicated by disseminated intravasculax coagulation（DIC）,and the patient was altered to perform subtotal hysterectomy.Conclusion Hemabate is more effective for treatment of severe atonic postpartum hemorrhage patients with accurate diagnosis,and it is convenient,safe and quick.
