温度对茶芎挥发油包合物影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究温度等对茶芎挥发油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的影响,确定最佳制备温度条件。方法应用饱和溶液法制备茶芎挥发油包合物,以包合物的包合率、含油率为评价包合指标。结果最佳包合温度为60℃(包合时间1.5h)。结论此包合温度条件的包合率、含油率均较高,而且简单可行。Objective To study the effect of temperature on inclusion compound of Chaxiong volatile oil with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Methods Inclusion compound of Chaxiong volatile oil was prepared by aqueous solution method.Inclusion process guideline was evaluated with the inclusion ratio,the products ratio and the oil-bearing ratio.Results The optimum inclusion temperature was 60℃,and the time was 1.5 h.Conclusion The preparation process in this inclusion temperature is simple,stable and suitable for manufactory and the inclusion ratio,the products ratio and the oil-bearing ratio are high.
