摘　　要：目的对大戟属植物猩猩草Euphorbia cyathophora的化学成分进行研究。方法应用正、反相硅胶(RP-18型)柱层析;葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20型)柱层析,结合重结晶方法进行分离纯化,运用1H-NMR、13C NMR和EI-MS等现代波谱技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从猩猩草提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别被鉴定为:十六烷酸(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、stigmast-5-ene-3,7-diol(Ⅲ)、11-氧代-β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、germanicolacetate(Ⅴ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Euphorbia cyathophora.Methods Normal phase silica gel,RP-18 Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies combined with recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the constituents.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods,including 1H NMR,13C NMR and EI-MS.Results Five compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extract of Euphorbia cyathophora.Their structures were identified as hexadecaoic acid（Ⅰ）,β-sitosterol（Ⅱ）,stigmast-5-ene-3,7-diol（Ⅲ）,11-keto-β-amyrenyl-acetate（Ⅳ）,germanicol acetate（Ⅴ）.Conclusion All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
