摘  要:目的分析雌雄银杏根、茎、叶中金属元素的含量差异。方法采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法。结果 K、Ca、Zn、Cu、N i、Co、Cd等7种元素在雌树中的含量偏高,Mg、Fe两种元素在雄树中的含量偏高。结论雌雄银杏根、茎、叶金属元素含量呈现一定的差异。Objective To analyze and detect the contents of nine kinds of metallic elements in the root,stem and leaf of male and female Ginkgo biloba L..Methods A flame-atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene flame was adopted.Results The contents of K,Ca,Zn,Cu,Ni,Co,Cd in the female were higher than those in the male,but the contents of Mg,Fe in the female were lower than those in the male.Conclusion There were differences between female and male in the contents of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Ni,Co,Cd in the root,stem and leaf.
