奶制瑞香狼毒中多糖含量的蒽酮-硫酸法测定

摘　　要：目的建立奶制瑞香狼毒中总多糖含量测定的方法。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定,检测波长为620 nm。结果样品中多糖在10~50μg.m l-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 3）;平均加样回收率为99.08%,RSD为0.73%（n=5）。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于奶制瑞香狼毒中总多糖的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide in milk-making Stellera Chamaejasme.Methods The content of polysaccharide was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry at 620nm.Results The linear range was 10 ~ 50 μg·ml-1 and correlation coefficient was 0.999 3.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99.08% and 0.73%（n=5）,respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of polysaccharide in milk-making Stellera Chamaejasme.
