海南五层龙根乙醇提取物的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究海南五层龙Salacia hainanensisL.根乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用萃取和色谱技术进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为卫矛醇（galactitol,1）、肌醇半乳糖苷（α-D-galactopyranosylcyclitol,2）、桫拉希醇（salacinol,3）、棉子糖[D-（＋）-raffinose,4]、芒果苷（mangiferin,5）。结论化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the Chemical constituents of ethanol extract from the root of Salacia hainanensis.Methods Extraction and chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents,and their structures were established by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic evidences.Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as galactitol（1）,α-D-galactopyranosylcyclitol（2）,salacinol（3）,D-（＋）-raffinose（4）,mangiferin（5）.Conclusion Compounds 1~4 were isolated from the root of Salacia hainanensis for the first time.
