摘 要:目的研究毛叶丁香醇提物对四氯化碳(CC l4)所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 48只大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组(联苯双酯),毛叶丁香醇提物高、中、低剂量组。采用CC l4法建立急性肝损伤实验动物模型。观察毛叶丁香醇提物对实验大鼠血清中ALT,AST,T-B IL,TP等含量、肝脏系数和胸腺系数以及肝组织病理改变的影响。结果模型组与正常对照组比较,血清ALT和AST显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.001)、肝系数明显增大(P<0.05)、胸腺系数明显降低(P<0.05)。毛叶丁香醇提物各剂量组可明显降低急性肝损伤大鼠血清ALT水平(P<0.05);也可降低AST水平,低、中剂量组作用显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);也可降低T-B IL含量,但不具统计学意义;未见能明显影响肝脏系数,但可使胸腺系数增大至接近正常,低剂量组具统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理学检查也显示其保肝作用。结论毛叶丁香醇提物对四氯化碳所致大鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effects of Syringa pubescens ethanol extract against acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in rats.Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group,liver injury model group,Bifendate positive control group and low,middle,high doses of Syringa pubescens ethanol extract groups.The acute liver injury model was induced by 10 %CCl4 intraperitoneal injection.The serum levels of ALT,AST,T-BIL and TP were measured,the liver and thoracic gland weight coefficient were calculated respectively and the pathologic changes of liver tissue were also observed.Results Compared with normal control group,the serum ALT,AST concentrations and the liver weight coefficient in rats of liver injury model group were increased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.001),and thoracic gland weight coefficient in rats of liver injury model group was decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Low,middle,high doses of Syringa pubescens ethanol extract could decrease the serum ALT and AST concentrations obviously(P〈0.05) in liver injury rats;the effects of low,middle dose groups were notable(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);Syringa pubescens ethanol extract didn't show its effect on liver weight coefficient,but low doses group could nearly increase the thoracic gland weight coefficient to normal(P〈0.05).In addition,Syringa pubescens ethanol extract also showed its protective effect on the pathological changes of liver induced by CCl4.Conclusion Syringa pubescens ethanol extract has a showed protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4.
