摘  要:目的比较方格星虫多糖的酶法提取、碱法提取以及酶法碱法联合提取这3种方法的优劣。方法采用硫酸蒽酮法测定多糖含量,以重量法确定多糖得率。结果酶法提取得率为0.60%,碱法提取得率为1.47%,两种方法联用提取得率为0.20%;3种工艺所得提取物中多糖含量分别为21.83%,87.30%,36.40%。结论碱法提取工艺得率最高,优于其它两种方法,碱法提取适合于工业生产,是一条高效可行的提取路线。Objective To study enzyme treatment,alkali treatment and a combination of the two processes for the extraction of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide and compare these three methods.Methods The content of polysaccharide was determined by colorimetry using anthrone-sulfuric acid method,and the yield of polysaccharides was obtained by gravimetric method.Results The results indicated that the yield of polysaccharides was 0.60%(enzyme method),1.47%(alkali method) and 0.20%(combined method),and the content of polysaccharide was 21.83%、87.30% and 36.40% respectively.Conclusion The extraction process of alkali method is feasible and is more efficient than the other two methods.
