摘 要:目的比较不同提取方法对蒙药材多叶棘豆中微量元素含量的影响。方法采用直接消化法、超声波法和微波消解法3种不同的提取方法,采用原子吸收光谱法进行测定。结果超声波法和微波消解法铁提取率较高,锰的差别不大;铁、锰含量分别为625.01,13.3μg/g(微波消解法);619.1,117.4μg/g(超声波法);533.3,110.4μg/g(直接消解法)。结论超声波法和微波消解法适于蒙药材微量元素的提取。Objective To observe the effect of different extraction methods on trace elements in Oxytropis myrio-phylla. Methods The trace elements were extracted by direct digestion,ultrasonic and microwave digestion methods.The contents of Fe and Mn were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The extraction ratio of Fe was relatively high by ultrasonic method and microwave digestion method.The contents of Fe and Mn were 625.0 and 113.3μg/g(microwave digestion method),619.1 and 117.4 μg/g(ultrasonic method),533.3 and 110.4μg/g(direct digestion),respectively. Conclusion The ultrasonic and microwave digestion methods are suitable for extracting the trace elements in Mongolian medicine.
