泽泻汤降血脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究泽泻汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法大鼠被分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、治疗组,分别给蒸馏水、蒸馏水、舒降之、泽泻汤,比较各组血脂情况。结果与模型组相比,治疗组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇有显著性降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有显著的升高(P<0.01)。结论泽泻汤有降血脂作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Alismatis Rhizoma Decoction（ARD） on levels of blood lipids in rats. Methods The rats were divided into four groups：control group,high fat diet（HFD） control group,positive HFD control and treatment groups,and they were treated with distilled water,Simvastatin and Rhizoma Alismatis Decoction,respectively. Results Compared with HFD control group,total cholesterol and triglycerides,LDL cholesterol in the treatment group were significantly reduced（P0.01）,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased（P0.01）. Conclusion Rhizoma Alismatis Decoction has lipid-lowering effect in hyperlipidemic rats.
