猫豆胍抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究猫豆中的单体成分猫豆胍(MDG)的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀法观察抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察镇痛作用。结果 MDG低、中剂量(50,100 mg/kg)对二甲苯和角叉菜胶所致的急性炎症反应具有良好的抑制作用,而高剂量(200 mg/kg)的抑制作用不显著。MDG中、高剂量(100,200 mg/kg)能抑制热板和醋酸刺激诱发的疼痛反应,但镇痛作用较弱,且无剂量依赖性。结论猫豆胍对小鼠具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用,但其作用无明显量效关系。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of MDG extracted from the seed of Stizotobium cochinchinensis. Methods Auricle and toe swelling models in mice induced by xylene and carrageenan were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.The analgesic effects were observed using the hot-plate and writhing test in mice. Results The low and middle dosage of MDG（50,100 mg/kg） showed remarkable inhibition on acute inflammatory reaction induced by xylene and carrageenan,while the high dosage（200 mg/kg） had weak effects.In addition,the middle and high dosages（100,200 mg/kg） could inhibit pain reaction induced by hot-plate and acetic-acid,but without dosage dependence. Conclusion MDG possesses anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice without obvious dose-effect relationship.
