炮制前后隔山消对荷S_(180)肉瘤小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的比较炮制前后隔山消对荷S180肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤率和毒性。方法 KM小鼠接种S180瘤株造成荷瘤小鼠模型。观察比较隔山消生品及两种炮制品的水提物的抑瘤率和毒性。结果 3种水提物对小鼠S180肉瘤的最大抑制率分别为54.64%5,4.22%和46.93%。无明显毒性。结论隔山消炮制前后均对小鼠S180肉瘤有一定抑制作用,且无明显的毒性。Objective To observe the influence of different processing methods of Cynanchum auriculatum Royleex Wight（RCA） on in vivo anti-tumor activity to S180 tumor and the toxicity in mice. Methods The tumor model was established by subcutaneous injection with S180 tumor cells in KM mice.The tumor inhibitory ratio and the toxicity of RCA were observed. Results The maximum tumor inhibitory ratio of three kinds of water extracts from RCA were 54.64 %,54.22 % and 46.93%,respectively.No significant toxicity was shown. Conclusion RCA has significantly inhibitory effect in the growth of S180 tumor,and has no toxic effect on mice.
