摘 要:目的采用浸泡提取法、超声波提取法、碱水提取法提取鹅绒委陵菜多糖(PAP)。方法通过对3种方法所得鹅绒委陵菜粗多糖提取率进行比较,并用硫酸-苯酚法对多糖含量进行定性定量分析;同时还研究了体外条件下多糖对.OH、O2-.和DPPH.自由基的清除效果。结果用热水浸提法所得多糖得率及总糖含量最高,其提取率及含量分别为2.25%和49.38%。PAP的浓度在0.40 mg/ml时,对.OH、O2-.和DPPH.的清除率分别达到89.73%、90.12%和88.72%。结论鹅绒委陵菜多糖具有体外抗氧化活性作用。Objective To extract Potentlla anserina polysaccharides(PAP) by water,ultrasonic wave and alkali,respectively. Methods The qualitative and quantitative analyses of the polysaccharides were performed with the phenol-sulphate acid method.The extraction rates of the polysaccharides by the three methods were compared.Effects of PAP on Hydroxyl radical,super-oxide anion radica1and DPPH radical were studied in vitro. Results The results indicated that the content and the extraction rate of PAP extracted by hot water were the highest,which were 2.25% and 49.38 %,respectively.Hydroxyl radical,super-oxide anion radical and DPPH· radical were scavenged by 89.73%,90.12% and 88.72%,respectively,when the concentration of PAP was to 0.40 mg/ml. Conclusion The results showed that PAP have antioxidant activity.
