摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法对来自云南的12个不同品种木豆叶药材进行指纹图谱研究,为木豆叶药材质量控制提供依据。方法采用Diamonsil C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml.min-1,柱温40℃,检测波长268 nm。结果以11个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于5%1,2批样品相似度大于0.9。结论此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于木豆叶药材的质量控制。Objective To establish the fingerprint chromatograms for quality evaluation of 12 species Pigeonpea leaves collected from Yunnan by HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with Methanol-1% HAc as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and at a column temperature was 40℃,and the detection wavelength was 268 nm. Results All peaks were selected as the common fingerprint peaks.The relative standard deviations for relative retention times and relative peak areas were less than 5% in the precision and repeated test,the similarity of l2 batches of samples were not less than 0.9. Conclusion The method is reliable and can be used for the quality control of Pigeonpea leaves.
