青天葵植物化学成分和药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：青天葵是我国传统出口名贵药材,值得深入的研究与开发。该文通过查阅全面的国内外相关文献,按照化合物的结构类型对青天葵植物化学成分进行分类综述,并对其药理活性进行总结。青天葵植物化学成分主要含有萜类、黄酮类、氨基酸类以及挥发油等化合物种类,具有清热解毒、抗炎、抗病毒、镇痛、镇咳、平喘、治疗慢性支气管炎等药理活性。Nervilia fordii（Hance） Schltr.is a valuable traditional Chinese medicinal herb which is usually exported to southeast Asia.It is worthy of further research and development.Progresses in the studies on chemical constituents and bioactivities of Nervilia fordii（Hance） Schltr.were systematically reviewed in this article.The results of studies on chemical constituents show that Nervilia fordii（Hance） Schltr.mainly contains terpenoids,flavonoids,amino acids and some volatile oil.The compounds has pharmacological activities of anti-inflammation,antivirus and relieving pain,cough,asthma and chronic bronchitis.
