摘 要:目的研究湿阻中焦证动物模型胃肠组织水通道蛋白1(AQP1)的分布,揭示湿阻中焦证动物模型水通道蛋白病理特征性表达分布谱。方法采用综合造模法建立湿阻中焦证模型,用免疫组化技术测定AQP1分布。结果空白组,AQP1主要分布在胃的粘膜和外膜,小肠的外膜,大肠的粘膜下层和外膜。造模后模型组,AQP1分布在胃体中间的粘膜减少,在小肠的外膜增加,在大肠的粘膜下层减少。结论湿阻中焦证动物模型胃肠组织AQP1的病理特征性分布为:AQP1分布在胃体中间的粘膜和大肠的粘膜下层减少,在小肠的外膜增加。这可能是湿阻中焦证产生的分子基础之一。Objective To reveal spectral distribution of pathological features of aquaporin expression by studying the distribution of AQP1 in gastrointestinal tissue of the animal model of the syndrome of dampness incumbering middle energizer. Methods The model of the syndrome of dampness incumbering middle energizer was made by composite modeling-method;Distribution of the AQP1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results AQP1 of control group was mainly distributed in the mucosa and adventitia of gastric,the outer membrane of small intestine,the submucosa and adventitia of large intestine.After modeling,distribution of AQP1 model group was reduced in the middle of gastric mucosa,increased in the outer membrane of small intestine,reduced in the submucosa of large intestine. Conclusion Distribution of the pathological features of AQP1 in gastrointestinal tissue of the animal model of the syndrome of dampness incumbering middle energizer are as follows: distribution of AQP1 reduces in the middle of the gastric mucosa and the submucosa of large intestine,increase in the outer membrane of small intestine,which can be one of the molecular basis of the syndrome of dampness incumbering middle energizer.
