益气养阴活血法对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜细胞凋亡和基因调控的影响

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及在其基础上发生的胃癌前病变是胃癌发生过程的重要阶段。如何有效地控制和逆转CAG及其癌前病变的进程是预防胃癌发生的关键。研究发现,胃癌的发生过程中除了存在着细胞增殖水平的异常表达外,亦存在着细胞凋亡及相关基因表达的异常。文章从益气养阴活血法对胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及其相关基因的影响角度入手,探讨益气养阴活血法对CAG及胃癌前病变的作用机理。The chronic atrophic gastritis and the precancerous lesions that occurs based on it are the significant stages of gastric cancer process. The key to preventing gastric cancer appearance is how to control and reverse the chronic atrophic gastritis anct the precancerous lesions process. The researches show that the expression cell proliferation level is irregular in the gastric cancer process and so are the cell apoptosis and relational gene expression. In the respect of the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle to gastric cell apoptosis and gene control of chronic atrophic gastritis, this article investigated the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle to Chronic atrophic gastritis and the precancerous lesion.
