附子不同炮制品镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的比较附子不同炮制品(盐附子、黑顺片、白附片)的镇痛抗炎作用差异。方法通过醋酸扭体法,以小鼠扭体反应次数为考察指标,观察附子不同炮制品的镇痛作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法,以小鼠耳肿胀度为考察指标,观察附子不同炮制品的抗炎作用。结果与模型组比较,盐附子与黑顺片均可明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05),黑顺片可明显降低二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05)。结论附子不同炮制品的镇痛抗炎作用不尽相同,其中,黑顺片具有良好的镇痛抗炎作用,盐附子仅镇痛作用效果明显,白附片镇痛抗炎作用效果均不明显。ObjectiveTo campare analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different processed products of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata. MethodsThe analgesic effect of different processed products of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata was tested by the acetic acid-induced writhing body method in mice.The anti-inflammatory effect of different processed products of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata was tested by the xylene-induced ear swelling method in mice. ResultsYan fu zi and Hei shun pian obviously decreased the times of the acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice（P0.05）;Hei shun pian obviously inhibited the xylene-induced ear swelling（P0.05）. ConclusionThere are different degrees of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects in different processed products of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata.
