摘 要:目的研究金锁固清丸对HPA轴的调节作用,阐明其作用机制。方法采用腺嘌呤造成肾虚多尿大鼠模型,利用ELISA法、放射免疫方法检测正常对照组、模型对照组、金锁固精丸各剂量组、缩泉丸组大鼠血中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的含量。结果与模型对照组比较,金锁固精丸可显著提高肾虚多尿大鼠血中CRH、ACTH、cAMP含量。结论金锁固精丸可增加肾虚多尿模型大鼠血中CRH、ACTH、cAMP含量,表明其可能通过上调HPA系统的功能发挥调节人体水液代谢的作用,从内分泌系统调节的角度阐明了金锁固精丸治疗肾虚不固所致多尿、尿频病症的作用机制。ObjectiveTo expound the mechanism of the adjusting action of JinSuoGuJingWan to HPA. MethodsEmploying adenine to build the model of deficiency of the kidney and diuresis rats,and inspecting the contents of CRH,ACTH,cAMP in blood of model group,JinSuoGuJinWan group,SuoQuan capsule group and control group with ELISA,RIA technology,and calculating the hypophysis exponent and adrenal gland exponent. ResultsCompared with model group,JinSuoGuJinWan could markedly increase the contents of CRH,ACTH,cAMP in blood of deficiency of the kidney and diuresis rats and improve the hypophysis exponent and adrenal gland exponent. ConclusionJinSuoGuJinWan can increase the contents of CRH,ACTH,cAMP in blood of deficiency of the kidney and diuresis rats and improve the hypophysis exponent and adrenal gland exponent.It can enhance the action of body adjusting water metabolize by coordinating the function of HPA.The results of the experiment expound the mechanism of nourishing the kidney and reducing urine of JinSuoGuJinWan from endocrinium system.
