摘  要:目的观察知柏养阴汤对糖皮质激素型阴虚大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法将SD大鼠30只随机分为空白组、模型组及中药组,每组各10只。用氢化可的松塑造激素型阴虚大鼠模型,对模型组灌胃生理盐水,对中药组用知柏养阴汤进行灌胃治疗,8 d后检测3组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及空腹血糖(GLU)的浓度进行比较。结果激素模型组、中药治疗组较之空白组GLU、TG、CHOL、HDL-C均升高,其中CHOL、HDL-C升高明显(P<0.05)。中药组应用知柏养阴汤后,较之激素模型组GLU、CHOL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C均降低,其中GLU、CHOL降低较明显(P<0.05)。结论激素型阴虚模型大鼠存在一定程度的糖脂代谢异常;知柏养阴汤可以改善阴虚症状,具有降低糖皮质激素导致的高血糖、高血脂的作用。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Zhibai Yangyin Decoction on glucose and lipid metabolism of rats with Yin-deficiency induced by glucocorticosteroid. MethodsThirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group,model group and TCM treatment group(n=10).The Yin deficient model was induced by glucocorticosteroid,and the TCM group were administered intragastrically with Zhibai Yangyin Decoction.After 8 days,all rats were executed the concentrations of total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and blood sugar(BS) were determined. ResultsCompared with the normal control group,the concentrations of GLU,TG,CHOL,HDL-C were higher in the other groups(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the concentration of GLU,CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were decreased in the TCM group while GLU、CHOL were more significantly decreased(P0.05). ConclusionThere are some degree disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism in rats with Yin-deficiency induced by glucocorticosteroid.Zhibai Yangyin Decoction can improve the symptoms of Yin-deficiency,and lower the glucose and lipid metabolism of rats with Yin-deficiency caused by glucocorticosteroid.
