摘 要:目的揭示微调手法治疗颈椎病患者颈部肌群作用机制。方法采用简单随机方法,根据DAS 2.1.1版软件生成随机数字表,将65例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(微调手法组)与对照组(牵引组)。治疗组32例,脱落2例,30例中男10例,女20例;年龄30~65岁,平均(42.31±13.23)岁;平均病程(12.40±6.23)月;平均体重(61.21±10.23)kg。牵引组33例中脱落3例,30例中男11例,女19例;年龄30~65岁,平均(45.54±14.35)岁;平均病程(13.25±6.06)月;平均体质量(62.31±10.45)kg。应用TeleMyo 2400 T表面肌电图仪测试颈部肌群疲劳程度,治疗前和疗程结束后各测试一次。结果两组治疗前积分肌电(IEMG)、平均功率频率(MPF)、中位频率(MF)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后IEMG、MPF、MF比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后IEMG、MPF比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论微调手法可以缓解颈部肌群的疲劳状,牵引疗法也可以不同程度缓解颈部肌群的疲劳状,微调手法优于牵引组。ObjectiveTo reveal mechanism of neck muscle about micro-adjusting manipulation treating the patients with cervical spondylosis. MethodsFrom August 2008 to December 2009,65 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided randomly into treatment(micro-adjusting) and control(traction) groups with random number table generated from DAS 2.1.1 software.Among 32 patients in the treatment group,10 patients were male and 20 patients were female,ranging in ages from 30 to 65 years,with an average of(42.31±13.23) years,average disease course of(12.40±6.23)months and average weight of(61.21±10.23)kg.In the control group,there was 33 patients,including 11 males and 19 males,ranging in ages from 30 to 65 years,with an average of(45.54±14.35)years,average disease course of(13.25±6.06)months;Average weight of(62.31±10.45)kg.Fatigue of neck muscles was tested by applying TeleMyo 2400 T Surface EMG. ResultsThere were no significant difference(P 0.05) in IEMG,MPF,MF compared from the two groups before treatment,the treantment group was better improved than the control group in IEMG、MPF 、MF after treatment(P0.05),and there was significant difference(P0.05) for IEMG,MPF,MF in treatment group after treatment and before treatment. ConclusionMicro-adjusting manipulation may improve fatigue of neck muscles in the patients of cervical spodylosis,traction may also improve mechanical properties and fatigue of neck muscles in the patients of cervical spodylosis,and the micro-adjusting manipulation is better than traction.
