红毛五加叶的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立红毛五加叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法迪马钻石C18色谱柱;乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱系统,检测波长:203 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:0.8 ml.min-1。结果对18批红毛五加叶指纹图谱进行评价,确定了14个共有峰,指认了第8号色谱峰为绿原酸,其中第13号色谱峰为第1大色谱峰,根据光谱图推测,为咖啡酰类物质。结论该研究可为红毛五加叶质量控制提供参考。ObjectiveTo establish the HPLC fingerprint of leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii. MethodsSeparation was performed on Dikma Diamond-C18 chromatographic column,acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate as mobile phase with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 203 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃,the flow speed was 0.8 ml·min-1. Results18 batches of leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii were evaluated and fourteen common chromatographic peaks were found out.The No.8 peaks was identified to be chlorogenic acid. ConclusionThe study can afford scientific basis for quality control of leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii.
