摘 要:目的比较银黄方膜分离物与银黄口服液中化学成分的差异。方法色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.8%甲酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长:276 nm。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版》软件寻找样品共有峰,HPLC-MS/MS联用技术对化学成分结构及归属定性。结果银黄口服液与银黄方膜分离物比较有8个共有峰,缺少8个特征峰。归属定性银黄方膜分离物中9种化学成分,有5个黄酮类成分,4个有机酸类成分。结论银黄方膜分离物与银黄口服液比较化学成分数量多,与单味药材和银黄方水煎液的成分测定结果一致。证明膜分离工艺应用于银黄方水煎液中化学成分的分离富集,具有可行性。ObjectiveTo compare the differences of chemical composition from membrane separation liquid of Yinhuang decoction and Yinhuang oral liquid. MethodsHPLC was built by using Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) as analytical column and acetonitrile-0.8% methanoic acid in gradient as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and detecting wavelength was set at 276 nm.Using"Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System 2004A Edition Software" to find out the common peaks.Using HPLC-MS/MS analysis to determine the chemical composition structure and belonging. ResultsYinhuang oral liquid and membrane separation liquid of Yinhuang decoction had eight common peaks,but the Yinhuang oral liquid lacked another eight peaks while the membrane separation liquid of Yinhuang decoction had.Nine chemical compositions were qualitative,in which five were flavonoids and four were acid ingredients. ConclusionThe chemical composition from membrane separation liquid of Yinhuang decoction were more than Yinhuang oral liquid,the same as the two Chinese herbal medicine's and Yinhuang decoction's.The membrane separation technology is feasible to separate and enrich the composition of Yinhuang decoction.
