摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者一级亲属及正常对照组脑组织磁共振质子波谱分析(1H-M RS)的结果间是否存在差异。方法首先对精神分裂症患者一级亲属36人、正常对照组21人进行左侧前额叶、丘脑、海马、桥脑的1H-M RS分析,之后对所得结果进行独立样本t检验。结果精神分裂症患者一级亲属与正常对照组在左侧前额叶、丘脑、海马、桥脑的1H-M RS检查结果存在一定差异但均无统计学意义(t=-1.63,P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者一级亲属与正常对照组在本实验所选择的感兴趣区内未发现可测的神经化学物质浓度变化。Objective To investigate whether results of brain tissue proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis(1H-MRS) between first-degrss relatives of schizophrenic patients and normal control group had difference.Methods A total of 36 first-degrss relatives of schizophrenic patients and 21 people in normal control group accepted left prefrontal cortex,thalamus,hippocampus and pon brain 1H-MRS analysis,and then the results acceptted independent sample t test.Results The 1H-MRS test results of left prefrontal cortex,thalamus,hippocampus and pon brain between first-degrss relatives of schizophrenic patients and normal control group had not significant differences(t=-1.63,P0.05).Conclusion No detectable neurochemical substance concentration changes are discovered in the interest zones selected by the test between first-degrss relatives of schizophrenic patients and normal control group.
