摘 要:目的了解新生代农民工孤独感状况及其与自尊、自我效能感的关系。方法使用孤独分类量表、自尊量表、自我效能感量表对284名农民工进行调查。结果①友谊、集体关系上的孤独感在性别上差异显著(t=1.98,2.02;P均<0.01),友谊关系、家庭关系和集体关系上的孤独感在受教育程度上差异显著(F=6.20,P<0.01;F=3.60,P<0.05;F=5.42,P<0.01);②总体孤独感及各类别与自尊、自我效能感分别呈显著性正相关和负相关;③自尊、自我效能感对孤独感有显著的预测作用。结论自尊、自我效能感对新生代农民工的孤独感体验有影响。Objective To understand the loneliness situation of new generation migrant workers and its relationship with self-esteem and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 284 migrant workers are surveyed by Differential Loneliness Scale,Self-esteem Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale.Results ①Loneliness in friendship(t=1.98,P0.01) and collective relations(t=2.02,P0.01) differed significantly in gender;Loneliness in friendship(F=6.20,P0.01),family relationship(F=3.60,P0.05) and collective relations(F=5.42,P0.01)differed greatly in education level.②Overall loneliness and its categories were positively correlated with self-esteem(P0.01),but negatively with self-efficacy(P0.01).③Self-esteem and self-efficacy could predict the loneliness of migrant workers(P0.001).Conclusion Self-esteem and self-efficacy can affect the loneliness of new generation migrant workers.
