摘　　要：目的制备灯盏花素口服乳剂。方法过伪三元相图法以乳剂外观作为标准优选复合乳化剂的组成，再经过正交实验确定了最优处方与制备工艺。结果本实验采用机械法制备所得的灯盏花素乳剂为性状稳定的乳白色液体。结论本实验制备的乳剂稳定、粒径符合亚微乳剂的标准。OBJECTIVE To prepare Scutellarin submicron emulsion. METHOD We use pseudo three yuan phase diagram method as well as the appearance of emulsion to optimize the composition of the compound emulsifier. Orthogonal test was applied to ascertain the best prescription and preparation technology. RESULTS Scutellarin submieron emulsion was prepared by the mechanical method. The preparation is stable ivory liquid. CONCLUSION The particle size of the prepared Seutellarin. fits the standard size of the submicron emulsion
