摘 要:以Ta2O5和NaOH为原料,采用水热法在120~180℃保温12 h合成NaTaO3粉体。利用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜及透射电子显微镜表征NaTaO3的物相、形貌以及结构。研究了不同反应温度对粉体物相结构及光催化性能的影响。结果表明,在120~180℃保温均能合成出纯斜方相NaTaO3粉体,晶粒尺寸在200~720 nm,平均禁带宽度为3.9 eV,比表面积为2.0 m2/g左右;140℃时制备的NaTaO3粉体的光催化效果最好,紫外光照射210 min后罗丹明B的降解率达到92%以上。The NaTaO3 powders were prepared using Ta2O5 and NaOH as raw materials at 120–180 ℃ for 12 h by a hydrothermal method.The phase composition and morphology of the NaTaO3 powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The effect of reaction temperature on phase composition and photocatalytic properties of the NaTaO3 powders were investigated.The results show that the NaTaO3 powders with the pure ortho-rhombic phase in the grain size range from 200 to 720 nm can be synthesized at 120–180 ℃,and the average band gap and the spe-cific surface area were 3.9 eV and 2.0 m2/g,respectively.NaTaO3 powder prepared at 140 ℃ had an optimal photocatalytic effect.The degradation rate of rhodamine B could be 〉92% after 210 min under the ultraviolet light irradiation.
