摘 要:在同成分LiNbO3中,掺入摩尔分数为0~3%的MgO,0.09%RuO2和0.03%Fe2O3,采用提拉法生长Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体。以Kr+激光器(476 nm)和He-Ne激光器(633 nm)作光源测试Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体的光激载流子类型和光折变全息存储性能。结果表明:在蓝光(476 nm)照射下,Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体载流子以空穴为主,在红光(633 nm)照射下,载流子以电子为主;蓝光的光折变存储性能优于红光的。3%Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体双波长非挥发存储的最大衍射效率、固定衍射效率、响应时间和灵敏度分别达到77%、58%、155 s和0.189 cm/J,优于Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体,也优于双色非挥发存储性能。探讨了蓝光光折变全息存储性能和双波长非挥发存储性能增强的机理。The Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal doped with MgO of 0 and 3%(in mass,the same below),RuO2 of 0.09% and Fe2O3 of 0.03% was synthesized by the Czochralski method.The light-exciting carriers and photorefractive holographic storage properties of the Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal was examined using Kr+ laser(476 nm) and He-Ne laser(633 nm) as light sources.The results indicate that the holes are the dominant charge carriers under blue light irradiation with 476 nm,and the electrons are the dominant charge carriers under red light irradiation with 633 nm.The photorefractive storage properties of blue light were better than those of red light.The maximum diffraction efficiency,fixing diffraction efficiency,response time and sensitivity of the dual wavelength nonvolatile storage properties of the 3%Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal were 77%,58%,155 s and 0.189 cm/J,respectively,which were better than those of Ru:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal under the same experimental condition,and also better than experimental result of two color nonvola-tile storage properties.The mechanism for the enhancement of blue light photorefractive holographic storage properties and dual wavelength nonvolatile storage properties was also discussed
