摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化和不稳定斑块的存在是心脑血管事件发生最重要的危险因素之一,颈动脉不稳定斑块的脱落或破裂也是导致脑卒中的主要病因。本文对超声评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性及其与相关影像学技术的比较进行综述。Atherosclerosis and unstable plaque is one of the most important risk factors on cardio-cerebrovascular events.The principal cause of stroke is atherosclerotic unstable plaque rupture or ablate.Ultrasound in evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque stability and in comparison with related imaging techniques were reviewed in this article.
