摘 要:职业环境越来越动态复杂,一些工作者以结束生命的方式逃避困境,研究职业生涯韧性很有必要。本研究通过概括性模型法,在结构化访谈和德尔菲法基础上确定中国员工的职业生涯韧性条目,在对工作者调查的基础上进行聚类分析和探索性因子分析,再在对另外的样本调查基础上通过结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析,构建了包括3大维度、6个因子和25个条目的职业生涯韧性的结构,并验证了因子的效标关联效度,明确了复杂条件下中国员工的职业生涯韧性的结构维度。With the career environment becomes more and more dynamic and complex increasingly, some workers try to escape the dilemma by means of suicide themselves, to study career resilience is necessary. The career resilience's items were acquired through interview and Delphi approach based on generic model method. Then, the dimensions and factors of career resilience were constructed by means of cluster analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). To test the direct effects, structural equation modeling with the maximum likelihood estimation method was employed to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis. The models demonstrated good fit, so, it is confirmed that the career resilience consist of 3 dimensions, 6 factors and 25 items. Besides, concurrent validity and predicitive validity were all confirmed. The resluts are important for staff from Chinese organizations.
