摘  要:选用断奶伊拉肉兔200只,随机分成5组,每组40个重复,每个重复1只肉兔,分别饲喂添加0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%亚油酸(LA)的日粮。结果表明,在初始体质量无显著差异的情况下,日粮添加LA对平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比影响不显著(P=0.915 8,0.574 7,0.925 2),对血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白影响不显著(P=0.599 8,0.571 7,0.660 3),对血清总胆固醇影响显著(P=0.025 8),0.9%和1.2%添加组显著低于0和0.6%添加组(P<0.05),对血清低密度脂蛋白影响极显著(P=0.000 6),0.9%和1.2%添加组显著低于0和0.6%添加组(P<0.05);免疫器官肝、脾指数和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM受日粮LA水平影响不显著(P>0.05);日粮LA水平对肝脏乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)mRNA表达量影响不显著(P=0.743 3),对肉碱脂酰转移酶1(CPT1)mRNA表达量影响极显著(P=0.003 4),其中0.9%和1.2%添加组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。日粮添加LA对断奶至2月龄肉兔生产性能及免疫指标无显著影响,主要影响机体的脂质代谢。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of linoleic acid on growth performance and lipid met- holism of weaner to 2-month-old growing meat rabbits. Two hundred weaned meat rabbits were randomly assigned to 5 groups of 40 replicates with 1 each. Rabbits in 5 groups were fed basal diet with 0,0.3% ,0.6%,0.9% and 1.2% linoleic acid, respectively. The results showed that: dietary linoleic acid levels did not affect significantly average daily gain (ADG) ,average daily intake (ADD ,feed/gain(F/G) (P=0. 915 8,0. 574 7,0. 925 2) ; Dietary linoleic acid lev- els did not affect significantly total glycerinate(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) (P=0. 599 8,0. 571 7,0. 660 3),but had significantly influence on total cholesterol(TC)(P=0. 025 8)and low density lipoprotein(I.DL) (P=0. 000 6) ,were lower in 0.9~and 1.2~groups than those of 0 and 0.6% groups (P〈0.05). Dietary linoleic acid levels did not affect significantly spleen index, liver index, serum IgG, IgA, IgM(P〈0.05). Dietary linoleic acid levels did not affect significantly the expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC)mRNA (P = 0. 743 3), but had significantly influence on the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1 (CPT1)mRNA(P =0. 003 4) ,and were significantly higher in 0.9%and 1.2%groups than that of control group (P〈0.01). Dietary linoleic acid levels did not affected significantly growth performance,immune indexes,mainly changes the body's lipid metabolism.
