摘  要:针对SCR烟气脱硝系统3种典型喷氨技术,设计了1种控制氨逃逸的优化调整方法,主要根据脱硝系统出口NO分布情况调整喷氨系统,以使氨分布均匀。试验结果表明,该方法可以有效降低脱硝系统氨逃逸。采用不同喷氨技术的脱硝系统,其优化调整后的效果有差异,效果最为显著的是分区控制喷氨格栅技术,其次为线性控制喷氨格栅技术,效果一般的为涡流混合技术。For three typical ammonia injection technologies of selective catalytic reduction ( SCR ) flue gas denitration system, an optimization adjustment method of ammonia slip control was designed. According to outlet NO distribution of flue gas denitration system, the ammonia injection system was adjusted to make the ammonia distribute uniformly. The results show that the method can effectively reduce the ammonia slip of SCR system. Using different ammonia injection technologies of SCR flue gas denitration, the effect of optimization adjustment was discrepant. The effect of the ammonia injection grid with zone control technology was the most significant; the effect of the ammonia injection grid with linear control technology was the second; and the effect of the eddy hybrid technology was general.
