摘　　要：文章以用户导向为视角,立足联盟内用户个人信息能力、信息需求和馆际互借行为,针对吉林图书馆联盟的特殊性构建图书馆联盟馆际互借一体化模式。从联盟内成员的分工与合作、实体资源与虚拟资源的实时服务、基于用户类型与用户需求分配权限、馆际互借服务系统的统一与分层四个方面阐述了一体化模式的运行过程。Under user-oriented perspective, the article builds an ILL integrated model for the particularity of the Consortium of Libraries in JinLin based on the users＂ personal information, information needs and ILL behavior within the union. And describes the operation of the integrated model from the division of labor and cooperation of union members, physical and virtual resources in real-time services , based on user type and user needs to assign permissions, ILL systems uniform and layered of four aspects.
