摘 要:基于电枢工作机理,讨论了电枢材料、结构等对同步感应线圈炮性能的影响。利用Maxwell仿真软件,建立了实体电枢和绕制电枢的有限元仿真模型,对其电磁场特性进行了仿真分析。同实体电枢相比,绕制电枢上的感应电流分布均匀,尾部温升低,但是结构复杂。基于实体电枢和绕制电枢的各自特点和仿真结果,提出了一种新型电枢——混合材料电枢。探讨了混合材料电枢的结构,建立了混合材料电枢的有限元仿真模型并进行瞬态场和涡流场仿真。理论分析和仿真结果表明,混合材料电枢的结构较绕制电枢简单,感应电流的分布优于实体电枢,为电枢工程实践应用提供了参考。Based on the work mechanism of the armature,its material and structure that have great influence on the performance of synchronous induction coil gun were discussed.The finite element simulation models of solid armature and winding armature were built up by use of the Maxwell software.Their electromagnetic field simulation was performed.Compared with the solid armature,these results revealed that the eddy current distribution of winding armature is better than that of the solid armature,although the solid armature's structure is simple.Lastly,a new kind of armature,hybrid material armature was given.The structure of hybrid material armature was discussed.Its finite element model was set up and the transient simulation and eddy current simulation were carried out.Both the theoretical analysis and the simulation results indicated that the hybrid material armature is a kind of promising armature because of its simple structure,even distribution eddy current and high efficiency.These results can provide the guide for further design and structural optimization of armature in engineering project.
